Just thought I should give an update.

I've been rather inactive lately and I am truly sorry for it. I've been preparing my portfolio and resume for a series of internship interviews in Philly, NY, and NJ. I've been traveling.

Good chance that I will be working for Marvel this summer, as well as a web design business that pays pretty greatly. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

The other day, I was messing around with a business card design and ended up making quite a few different things to help spread the word. I haven't had the chance to really use any of the designs besides the business cards, but I've printed and made copies of the fliers to be ready for when I am able to visit other universities in my area.

I figured I'd show off a little.

Fliers, with and without a QR code:

If anyone's interested in a modified version of these or the .psd file, let me know.

After yesterday's events and all the talk of revolution, I decided it was about time I finished last semester's movie montage project.

It's coming along. I'm working on Parliament and Natalie Portman right now. After that will be the tedious job of working on the mass of the masked. Hopefully I'll finish it by the end of the week.

Acrylic, Marker, and Ink, by the way.

&

So here I am. After many years of excessive and persistent googlestalking (I like to call it "research") I have finally joined the ranks of the secretive. I have a lot of questions, but I'm slowly having them answered. I'm really very excited.

I'm going to admit to having quite a bit of trouble researching the blogs of other Y1 agents. Yes, I've looked for them, but I've only ever found a couple. I hate comparing Y1 to Neurocam, but I do remember the old Neurocam blogs and I am wondering if Y1's will be of more use than just cryptic reaction posts on assignments. We'll see.

I figure I should probably stop writing before I get myself into too much trouble.

A demain,
